Leadership and experience

KULMIS is led by a CEO with more than twenty years of hands-on experience in the hospitality sector, alongside experience in logistics and construction. The CEO’s restaurant and hotel activities across the region date to 2010, before the founding of KULMIS Logistics and Construction Company in 2021.

Digitally managed procurement

KULMIS adopted Odoo, an integrated enterprise resource planning platform, in 2023 to manage procurement and financial workflows. The system supports the process from purchase requisition and supplier evaluation through Local Purchase Order (LPO) issuance, delivery tracking and payment reconciliation.

• Centralized digital records for purchase orders and supplier transactions.
• Structured approval workflows that establish responsibility at each stage.
• Order tracking from issuance through fulfilment.
